MUDRA Book Club — "The Anxious Generation"

📚 The autumn meeting of MUDRA Book Club is dedicated to Jonathan Haidt's book The Anxious Generation. It's a chance to think together about how childhood has moved from the street to screens and what this has changed in our lives.

🤝 What will be discussed:

• the shift from street games to life in front of screens
• how digital habits affect attention, daily tasks and relationships
• how to live amid constant digital noise

Moderated by Liliia Malysh, a leadership and team development coach. The club is designed as a space for reflection and discussion, not a clinical seminar or psychological therapy.

The meeting is open to mothers and to people without children who are interested in this topic. It's worth reading the book in advance, but finishing it is not required. The announcement is written in Ukrainian; the language of the discussion is not specified separately.
