The service fee is the payment system fee (once per order) plus 3% for tickets from 15 €.
Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Registration for free events, QR tickets, the waiting list, the scanner, stats and the guest database are free. Only when selling paid tickets is there a service fee — the buyer pays it, and you receive the full ticket price.
Do guests need to sign up on the site?
No. The guest only fills in their name and email (and your extra questions, if you add any). No account is needed.
Can I limit the number of places?
Yes. You set the number of places, how many places one person can take and until when registration is open. When it is full, the waiting list opens.
Where will the event appear?
After moderation: on the UA Events site, with Telegram bot subscribers in your city and in the event digests.
How do I opt out of my events being collected automatically?
UA Events collects announcements from public sources. If you do not want your events to appear automatically, or want to correct or remove an event — get in touch (get in touch), and we will take it down and not add new ones from your sources.
