🎄 The Craft Workshop (Remeslyarnya) is back with a winter series. This time it doesn't just teach crafts, but trains people who will pass them on. In one training day you will master three Christmas techniques and will be able to run workshops for your own group on your own.
🎨 The programme is devoted to the traditions of the Ukrainian ritual calendar. You will learn to make:
- a Christmas spider
- a Christmas star
- a folk icon on glass — a Christmas angel
The organisers provide all the necessary information and training materials, explain the techniques step by step, and provide the materials for the workshop with your group.
🤝 The group is small — only 10 participants from the provinces of South Holland and Zeeland. We expect openness and initiative from you, and after the training you will need to hold six workshops and submit a short report.
📝 Registration is required. Organiser: the VATAHA foundation in partnership with the Ukrainian House in Rotterdam, supported by the Dutch Ministry of Migration.
