Vlad and Veronika — Revelation — Veldhoven

🎭 Revelation is an evening of contemporary dance in which Ukrainian choreographers Vladyslav Detiuchenko and Veronika Rakitina tell their own story through the body, not words. The memory of being forced to leave Ukraine is interwoven here with love, the search for oneself, and the attempt to build a life anew.

Dutch audiences know this duo well: they gained wide popularity through their appearance on Holland's Got Talent 2025.

💃 The programme:

• My Orpheus: a piece inspired by the myth of Orpheus and Eurydice and the work of Jean Cocteau, about art and what a person leaves behind
• Everglow: about the first months of the war in Ukraine and people torn away from home and loved ones
• the same number that brought the duo recognition on the televised talent show

This is a chance to see Ukrainian artists through the language of contemporary choreography. The show is marked as one where no knowledge of Dutch is needed.

🎟 A ticket costs €29.50, service fees included. It is worth buying tickets in advance on the theatre's website: there you can check seat availability and possible additional fees.
