Charity Gala Dinner — An Evening of Taste and Unity

🍽 A dinner where every dish helps Ukraine: Ukrainian chefs are cooking it as volunteers, and all proceeds will go towards an evacuation vehicle and the needs of an orphanage. Organised by the Vasello initiative together with Haarlem4Ukraine.

On the table: a five-course tasting menu in which familiar Ukrainian flavours get new combinations and presentation. Among the announced dishes are crispy vareniki with duck and prunes, kachana kasha with cod, and chicken Kyiv.

💛💙 What else to expect:

• 🎶 Nataliia Sulim and her band will combine Ukrainian folk songs with jazz rhythms
• a charity auction with lots that the chefs will bring from Ukraine especially for the occasion
• a chance to meet the Ukrainian community and the people who support it

🎟 The donation ticket costs 150 € per person, 250 € for two, or 600 € for a group of six. Tickets must be purchased in advance, seats are limited, and refunds are not available. It is worth checking the final amount at checkout, and it is best to agree on any dietary restrictions with the organisers in advance.
