SVITLO — Home Within: Support, Trust and Belonging

🤝 A meeting for those who find it hard to feel at home after moving: the tension won't let go, and calm feels far away. Here, you will look for home not in an address, but within yourself, through attention to your own body.

Led by Kseniia, a body-oriented therapist of the SVITLO project. It is an initiative offering psychological support to Ukrainians.

🌿 What to expect:

• body-based grounding practices and a sense of support
• self-regulation techniques for dealing with adaptation stress and anxiety
• exercises that help restore trust in yourself and your own resources
• exploring how safety and home feel in the body
• restorative relaxation practices

The focus of the meeting is practical exercises and mutual support, not a promise of a particular therapeutic result. You can share your experience if you feel like it, but you don't have to talk about yourself.

🎟 Participation is free, the meeting lasts three hours. Registration is required.
