Women's Club: The Secrets of Your Mood, or Getting to Know Your Own Emotions

🤝 Why do we feel joyful for no reason one day and get upset over a trifle the next? The Women's Club gathers together with Olena to explore the world of your own emotions and understand what really drives our mood.

💭 At the meeting you will talk about how to:

• recognize your emotions and understand where they come from
• notice what affects your mood
• better hear your own feelings and needs
• support yourself in different life situations

Participants can look forward to new insights and warm conversation with other women. The meeting takes place at the Ukrainian House of Rotterdam.
