My Account: all your tickets in one place
Tickets with QR codes, payments, reminders and subscriptions are now together in your personal account on the site. All you need is your email and a password.
Until now, your ticket lived only in an email: to find the QR code before entry, you had to dig through your inbox. Now the site has "My Account" - a personal place for everything you've booked on UA Events. The "Log in" button is in the site header.
What's inside:
- Tickets. Upcoming and past events separately, a full-screen QR code for entry, adding to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and to your calendar. You can also have a ticket sent to your email again.
- Payments. All purchases and donations with amounts.
- Actions without email back-and-forth. Cancel a free registration, leave a waitlist, turn on a reminder the day before an event.
- Subscriptions. The events digest and emails from organizers you follow - change or unsubscribe in one click.
- Your data. Export and delete your account in your profile.
How to get started. Sign up with the email your tickets were sent to and confirm it via the link in the email. Your account will immediately show all your previous tickets and orders - there's nothing to transfer.
Organizing events? One account covers everything: you can switch from the attendee account to the organizer account and back without logging in again.
You can still register for events and buy tickets without an account - the account just makes everything more convenient.
