Payouts in your dashboard: balance, schedule and one-click withdrawals
See how much of your ticket money is ready to withdraw, choose a payout schedule and send funds to your bank whenever you like.
The organizer dashboard now has a payouts block under “Ticket sales” → “Payouts”. You no longer need to open Stripe to find out where your money is.
What you get:
- Balance. “Available for payout” and “Pending”, with the date when the next part becomes available.
- Payout account. Bank name and the last digits of your IBAN. If no account is added, you will see how to add one.
- Payout schedule. “Automatic, weekly”: every Monday Stripe sends your whole available balance. Or “Manual”: the money builds up and you withdraw it whenever you like.
- “Withdraw to bank” button. The full available amount is filled in, and you can change it. Money usually arrives in 1–2 business days.
- Payout history. Amount, status and expected arrival date. If the bank rejects a transfer, we email you the reason right away and the money returns to your balance.
Funds become available a few days after tickets are paid. Refunds to buyers are taken from the available balance, so if the event is still ahead, don’t rush to withdraw everything.
