Christmas Time — Emmy Egberts and Muza Valiaddinzade (Zaltbommel)

🎶 A Christmas evening in an old church, where familiar festive melodies sit alongside Ukrainian music. Dutch singer Emmy Egberts and Ukrainian pianist Muza Valiaddinzade bring their programme Christmas Time to Zaltbommel.

🎄 This is a concert for classical voice and piano. Well-known Christmas songs alternate with Ukrainian repertoire, so the evening will appeal both to those who love festive classics and to those who want to discover Ukrainian works. The full list of pieces has not yet been published.

The musicians met in the Netherlands. In 2021, Emmy was a finalist of the ARIA competition, and in the project Klassiek geval van… she performed opera and song repertoire in a contemporary Dutch interpretation. In this duo, Muza is responsible for the piano part.

The concert is organised by the De Poorterij theatre, but it will take place not in the theatre on Nieuwstraat, but in the nave of the Sint-Maartenskerk church. The language of the programme and its duration have not yet been announced.

🎟 A ticket costs 24 euros, VAT and fees included. Depending on the payment method, an additional 1 euro may be charged for online payment. Tickets must be booked in advance via the official event page.
